During our lifestyle event that will take place at the One Cowork Plaza Catalunya, guests will be able to attend:
9.00 - 10.30 VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa Yoga class in the living room of the Onecowork, with the basics of a mindful practice to get out your inner creativity, and Audrey, a certified yoga teacher, will be guiding a power session to feel re-energises and show you some simple body & breathing exercices to include into your daily life.
10.30-11.00 GONG BATH MEDITATION
After the yoga session, guests will be able to attend a Gong Bath meditation by a renown sound meditation practioner.
11.00 HEALTHY BREAKFAST
Healthy Breakfast: Guests will be able to savour a healthy breakfast prepared by our lifestyle coach Ruth Brigandi, to provide a nutritional balance to enhance energy. Ruth will give clients tips on the benefits of breakfast prepared so they can prepare breakfast at home. During this breakfast, there will be two different workshops: Acai Bowls & Matcha Latte created by specialists.
12.00 ALIGNING YOUR LIFESTYLE & PURPOSE IN LIFE WORKSHOP with Xavi Ginesta
Xavi Ginesta President Voxel media (Catalan company leader in electronic invoicing worldwide) and active member of the association of capitalism conscious in Spain will guide a talk about how "Aligning your lifestyle & your purpose in life". Basically on how to make sustainable and conscious growth compatible with business and personal life.
13.00-14.00 HOLISTIC MARKET
Within the space of One cowork, prepare a corner dedicated to selling products related to the world of well-being and health at affordable prices.
