AYA aims to promote wellbeing & healthy lifestyles through the principles of re-energising & detoxifying the body & mind. We offer our community members a unique experience at our «healthy retreats», workshops and individual sessions so that they can feel fully revitalised and stimulate a change of lifestyle with the support and advice of our holistic health coaches.
Through various alternative therapies and yoga & meditation approaches, together with lifestyle coaching and holistic beauty treatments, we aim to improve our members’ personal balance and help them achieve self-fulfilment as well as promote their physical, spiritual, emotional and mental health & wellbeing. Our members are individuals who wish to implement a change of lifestyle in their day-to-day lives in order to improve their personal balance and find a sense of harmony between their minds, bodies and spirits.
